Once upon a time, in the heart of the Ardèche, there lived Chloé, a professional driller passionate about her work and dedicated to offering her clients services of impeccable quality.
One day, a client returned to see her with a problem with one of her piercings, done a few months earlier. Upon closer examination, Chloé discovered that the client had replaced her original piece with a model purchased online from a piercing shop that was very popular on social media. Made of extremely poor-quality steel, this piece had caused a severe reaction. She had simply fallen under the spell of these trendy pieces, without suspecting for a moment that the quality could be so disastrous.

Aware that impulsive online purchases are commonplace, Chloé realized the urgent need to offer her customers a reliable alternative.
