Some new items are available for pre-order. The principle is simple: you can reserve a piece of jewelry before it is physically in stock, and we place the order with the supplier once a sufficient volume of orders is reached. This allows us to expand our catalog while remaining true to our selection criteria.

Why offer pre-orders?

Pre-ordering helps us offer more new products, especially items that require bulk purchasing. Rather than limiting choice, we prefer to offer you the possibility to reserve certain pieces of jewelry, while maintaining a coherent and controlled selection.

How to spot a pre-order piece of jewelry?

  • A "Pre-order" mention is displayed on the product page.
  • A message reminds you that the shipping time can be up to 2 months.

The steps of a pre-order

  1. You place an order as you would for an in-stock item.
  2. We group pre-orders and place the purchase with the supplier.
  3. Reception of merchandise, inspection, and preparation.
  4. Shipping of your order + tracking email.

Delays: what to expect

The delay may vary depending on new products and supplies. In all cases:

  • Maximum delay: up to 2 months between pre-order and shipping.
  • In practice: shipping often occurs earlier, as soon as the item is available.

Good to know: if an unforeseen supplier issue arises (production delay, stockout), we will contact you with a clear solution: waiting, replacement, or cancellation if you wish.

Payment

A pre-order is a confirmed order: payment is made at the time of purchase, just like for an in-stock item. This allows us to place the supplier order as soon as a sufficient volume is reached.

What if my order contains in-stock + pre-order items?

If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order jewelry: shipping is done in a single shipment, we wait until everything is available.

Modify or cancel a pre-order

Do you have a doubt or want to change a detail? Contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the progress (supplier order already placed or not), we will offer you the most suitable solution.
